Alejandro is a Restaurant Development Consultant with over 20 years of entrepreneurial and
management experience. Alejandro helps people and businesses grow by working with
individuals, entrepreneurs and leaders to develop a vision for where they want to be and a
strategic plan to get there. Implementing strategic initiatives to improve operations and systems
using technology that helps with revenue growth, cost reduction and improve profitability.

become a part of a culture and a vision, Alejandro is a hands on consultant that will help you

I was born in Spain, raised in Israel, I have been living in New York City for 27 years. Starting at
19 years of age, hospitality quickly became my passion: People, Food & Entertainment.
In New York, I have worked with multiple successful restaurant groups. As well as managed,
opened, and consulted small mom and pop restaurants. I work with my clients on implementing
the right technology to help the team, and empower them with the right tools. And just as
importantly work with the team on the brand, the culture and the vision, including service
standards and quality clontrol.
